The mkBeacon™ wireless smart meter is a completely redesigned single-space meter engineered for today’s parking needs.
The mkBeacon™ meter can be configured as a single-space meter or as a 2-Bay meter covering two parking spaces instead of one.
It offers the largest single-space solar panel in the industry; ensuring long battery life. In fact, the mkBeacon™ meter runs battery-neutral in areas where it can receive a few hours of sunlight each day.
The mkBeacon also offers credit card payment, contactless payment, coin payment and wireless remote monitoring through MacKay’s Sentinel™ Meter Management System. Its unique design offers a host of advantages over pre-existing single and multi space meter technology for on-street parking.
